The Forum is set to open on 8/21 with us taking the ice on the evening of 8/24 for the kickoff of our evaluation camp (below is a schedule of the groups for week one). The purpose of this evaluation camp is to see our players on the ice, next to their peers to give us the remaining data we need to finalize our rosters for this upcoming season.

Evaluation Camp:

  • Week One: Starting on 8/24 groups of under 20 players will be broken up by level and last name. Each group will skate together on two sheets that week. This allows us to keep our players socially distant, while adhering to guidelines and gives our players more touches and reps on the ice to be fully evaluated.
  •  In between week one and two the coaches at each level will meet and make some tweaks to our groupings, which will be reflected on the website before the start of week two.
  • Week Two: Starting on 8/31 the newly compiled groups will skate on two sheets during the week while being evaluated.
  • Upon the completion of our two week camp the coaches will compile their data on each player and our coaching director will submit roster recommendations to the board of directors using the data from both the coach’s evaluations and the evaluation camp.
  •  Rosters for teams will be released on Sunday 9/6.
  • The formed teams will take the ice the week of 9/7 for normal practices.
  • Parity will begin starting 9/11(There may be minimal movement once rosters are released and our players take the ice if we feel that someone has been incorrectly placed and would be better fit for another team.)

They help with communications, tournaments, fundraisers, team events, etc. Please consider being a team manager for the 20-21 season! This could also be a shared duty! Please reach out to Heather Hoffman,   with any questions. You can also reach out to your players coach directly; a team manager meeting will be held at the end of September.

While we recognize this is a lot of information at once, we are excited to finally see some movement in the right direction! Our players will be on the ice in just over a week! We continue to put the safety of our players and families at the helm of all our decision making and hope to have a safe and successful 20-21 season!

See you at the rink!
